Super Fund Choice
AustralianSuper is elle belle recruitment’s default fund where an employee fails to make a choice.
If the employee decides to exercise their right to Choice Super, the “Choice of Super Fund Standard Choice Form” issued by the Australian Taxation Office must be correctly completed by the employee before elle belle recruitment can administer this request.
If incomplete, elle belle is required to use the Company’s default fund to remit contribution to.
You must return this form to elle belle recruitment as soon as possible to ensure your superannuation is distributed correctly.
