The Responsibilities:
Some of your duties will include… 
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Meeting and greeting customers and assisting in the showroom.
  • Assisting in the preparation of tender documents
  • Delegating sales leads to the team
  • Assisting in the preparation of quotes
  • Assisting with business development calls and following up leads
  • Creating and maintaining a call cycle
  • Maintaining the database and various spreadsheets
  • Other administrative duties as required.
