The Role:

Working as part of this highly creative and dynamic team you will be employed on a casual ongoing basis. This role will involve assisting with displays and story boards, preparing samples, ensuring the cleanliness of the showroom, assisting with general customer service / sales and stock control.

The Duties:

  • Attend to the needs of all visitors to the showroom providing product information, advice and samples
  • Consult with customers and contribute towards increasing sales in the business
  • Follow up on sales leads
  • Attend to the reception desk and greet customers upon arrival
  • Provide admin ad hoc secretarial and administrative assistance to the Manager, Showroom and Sales Team


The Skills Required:

  • Exceptional customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work and thrive in a structured, fast paced and busy environment
  • Background in merchandising or interior design is an advantage
  • Exceptional communication, organisational and time management skills
  • Must be available to work on Saturdays
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
