This highly successful and rapidly expanding international business are proud to hold distribution rights to several well-known and industry leading brands.  With a manufacturing and distribution network across the globe they continue to achieve success and acclaim through the high-quality products they offer and exceptional service they provide.  Due to continued growth they are currently seeking a suitably experienced, self-motivated and highly organised candidate to join their team as the National Sales Administrator.

The Role:

Working as the National Sales Administrator you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and providing high level support to the Melbourne Sales team.  This is an extremely varied role and will require you to possess excellent organisational and time management skills

The Duties:

  • Prepare weekly/monthly financial and sales reports
  • Assist with product pricing and product information
  • Manage staff expenses
  • Prepare presentations, reports and correspondence
  • Assist with order processing and tracking
  • Assist with visual merchandise and set up
  • Other administrative duties as required


The Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Intermediate MS Office skills
  • Ability to prioritise effectively and work under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
