The Role
Situated at the Front Desk, you will be responsible for managing all incoming calls, meeting and greeting guests as well as providing exceptional administration support to the entire team.

The Duties
Some of your actual duties will include.

  • Greeting all visitors
  • Handling queries via phone, email and general correspondence
  • Managing and organising filing systems
  • Performing ad-hoc administration duties
  • Liaising with members on a regular basis
  • Receiving deliveries & assisting with mail
  • Assisting with events and functions

The Requirements

  • Have a warm, friendly & personal approach
  • Excellent and professional communications skills, both written & verbal
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Experience working reception in a professional environment
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office packages
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
