Due to recent changes they are currently seeking a suitably experienced candidate to become an integral member of their team as Personal Assistant / Sales Support Coordinator.
The Role:

Working as the Personal Assistant to the Owner and Sales Support Coordinator you must possess exceptional organisational skills and the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.

The Duties:

  • This is an extremely varied role requiring you to possess excellent time management skills and stakeholder engagement experience


Some of your actual duties will include;

  • Diary and email management
  • Answering incoming calls and assisting with general enquiries
  • Processing sales orders
  • Assisting with credits and warranty claims
  • Creating and managing various Excel spreadsheets
  • Preparing sales reports and statistics
  • Assisting with import / export processes
  • Other duties as required


The Requirements:

To be successful for this role it is imperative that you possess;

  • Strong proven experience in a similar role
  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A proactive attitude and strong sense of initiative
