The Business:

The Position:
Working in this newly created HR role you will report to the COO and be responsible for providing managing all aspects of HR across their national workforce.   A true generalist you will managing recruitment and onboarding, performance management, IR/ER, Workcover and various HR projects.

**This role will be offered on a permanent part time basis: 25-30 hours per week**

The Responsibilities:
You must possess strong experience in all HR disciplines as you will be managing the day-to-day HR operations in this standalone role

Some of your actual duties will include;

• Manage all aspects of recruitment, onboarding and retention strategies.
• Manage the employee lifecycle
• Create effective position descriptions and work with management to implement performance management plans.
• Undertake and deliver any HR projects as required.
• Ensure HR compliance across the business
• Manage workover processes and create effective RTW strategies
• Manage all aspects of ER/IR
• Other duties as required.

The Requirements:
To be successful for this role is it imperative that you possess strong proven experience in a similar role ideally within the Building/Construction or Trades sector.

You will also possess.

• Relevant tertiary qualifications
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Exceptional problem solving, analytical and logical reasoning.
