They are continuing to achieve acclaim and praise as a result of their meticulous attention to detail, creative ideas and exceptional customer service they provide. Due to recent changes they are currently seeking a suitably experienced and committed candidate to join their small team as the Office Administrator.

The Position:

Working as the Office Administrator you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to the production, design and sales teams. You will possess excellent organisational skills as no two days will be the same! Some of your actual duties will include;

The Responsibilities:

  • Managing all incoming calls
  • Assisting customers with order and general enquiries
  • Providing administrative support to the design team and adjusting templates if required
  • Assisting in preparing and reviewing invoices
  • Managing the office emails
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Managing print runs of orders
  • Assisting with social media and marketing
  • Other administrative tasks as required


The Requirements:

  • Strong proven experience in a similar role
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn and assist others
