The Business
This well established and highly successful family owned manufacturing business are proud of the products they offer and the service they deliver to all their customers.  Due to continued growth, they are currently seeking a suitably experienced candidate to become an integral part of their team as a Customer Service/ Internal Sales Specialist 
  
The Role
The role will encompass all phases of the sales process, from initial enquiry to processing and ensuring orders are dispatched on time. Managing a warm desk, providing detailed information and availability of a range of products to current and prospective clients.
  
The Duties
  • Taking ownership of each customer query including customer service issues and updates
  • Troubleshooting and effectively solving customer queries and concerns
  • Assisting in maintenance of inventory levels to satisfy customer requirements
  • Efficiently entering data of customer orders, invoices and credit returns
  • Displaying excellent data base management and strong ability to use SAP – essential 

The Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Customer Service role
  • Experience within manufacturing or technical products would be a definite advantage
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Effective decision-making skills with a strong emphasis on attention to detail
  • Motivated and proactive player with a can do attitude
