The Role:

Due to recent changes they are currently seeking a committed, hardworking and team focused candidate to join their team within Sales Administration/Customer Service.  This will be a busy role and you will be required to possess excellent time management, communication and problem solving skills.

The Duties:

  • Respond to all email and phone enquiries
  • Manage customer deliveries and movement
  • Process orders efficiently
  • Update and maintain spreadsheets and databases
  • Other administrative tasks as required

The Required Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience within in a similar role – preferably in the retail sector or e-commence
  • Strong proven customer service experience

  • Work well as part of a team
