The Role:

Working as the Quality Assurance / Customer Relations Specialist you will be responsible for ensuring all processes and documentation adheres to regulatory standards. The role also involves providing exceptional customer service and providing positive outcomes to a variety of clients.

The Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate product complaints for the AU, NZ and South East Asia region
  • Analyse customer complaints and feedback to identify trends
  • Conduct quality assurance and compliance audits
  • Maintain database records and reports
  • Liaise with distributors, legal and other departments


The Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong proven QA experience
  • Intermediate MS Office skills
  • Exceptional customer service and complaints management experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of ISO9001 is an advantage but not essential
