The Position: 
Due to change within their Client services team, they are currently seeking a suitably experienced and team focused Client Services Officer to become an integral part of the team.
Working within this small and friendly Contact Centre team, you will be responsible for being the first point of call, providing high level service and support to their new and existing members!
  
The Duties:
Some of your actual duties will include;

• Opening new memberships, accounts and term deposits
• Referring opportunities to our banking specialists related to credit cards, insurance, personal loans and home loans
• Making calls to maintain and build member relationships
• Going above and beyond to support their customers financial welfare

The Requirements:
To be successful for this role you must possess;

• RG146 Tier 1 qualification is a must 
• Proven Contact Centre experience within the banking and finance industry
• Energy and passion for tailoring member-specific solutions 
• Proven ability to demonstrate your experience as a team player and display your excellent communication skills
• An ability to be adaptable to a fast-paced environment and passion to learn
• The ability to problem solve efficiently and effectively 
• Detail ordinated
• Solutions focused
