The Opportunities:

We are currently seeking self-motivated, committed and reliable candidates to assist our clients on a temporary basis across all industry sectors in a variety of office support roles located in the Bayside & South Eastern Suburbs throughout XMAS and NEW YEAR! Candidates with a strong willingness to learn and availability throughout the XMAS period without restrictions will be successful in these positions.

The Responsibilities:

  • Answering all incoming calls and assisting with enquires
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Preparing reports, correspondence and letters
  • Administration tasks as required
  • Manage and solve customer complaints
  • Data Entry
  • Other various duties as required

 

The Requirements:

  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Highly organised
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Intermediate/Advanced MS Office skills
  • A full driver’s license preferred
  • Current Working with Children Check and Police Check a definite advantage
