The Business:
This dynamic and progressive business have been achieving success through sourcing and importing consumer products for several large and independent retailers worldwide. With offices located in China, USA and London they pride themselves on keeping up to date with the latest technologies and styles.

 

The Role:
Working within a small and committed team, you will be constantly busy as you will be responsible for all general administration duties while supporting the shipping and imports team.

 

The Responsibilities:

  • Delivering Customer Service support via phone and email
  • Manage incoming and outgoing of stock
  • Tracking shipment of stock
  • Processing sales orders
  • Raising purchase orders
  • General Administration duties as required such as ordering stationery supplies for the office

 

The Requirements:

  • Dynamic and enthusiastic to succeed
  • Results driven
  • Strong use of initiative
  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Ability to multitask
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Experience within the Imports and Shipping
  • Computer literate: MYOB would be an advantage
  • Proactive
