The Role:

Working closely with the Office Manager, you will be responsible for providing customer service, administration and sales support to the team.  Some of your actual responsibilities will include;

The Duties:

  • Prepare employment contracts
  • Assist with the recruitment process
  • Undertake reference checks
  • Coordinate training and performance reviews
  • Provide exceptional phone based customer service
  • Arrange couriers both local and overseas
  • Process job orders and customer requests
  • Manage customer contracts and updating files
  • Raise and process purchase orders
  • Prepare various reports and maintain spreadsheets
  • Other duties as required


The Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Intermediate MS Office Skills
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Professionalism and team player
