The Position:

Working within this committed and inclusive team you will be responsible for assisting customers with enquiries and managing the operations of their technicians.

The Duties:

  • Managing Reception duties and answering all incoming calls
  • Logging all calls and updating details on their database
  • Receiving maintenance requests and entering into their system
  • Scheduling appointments for technicians to attend sites
  • Managing couriers and postage
  • Assisting with troubleshooting with customers
  • Other administrative duties as required


The Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a customer service
  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and assist others
