This leading toy and gift wholesaler, place a strong emphasis on providing end to end customer solutions. Due to recent changes, they are currently seeking a self-motivated, enthusiastic and team orientated candidate to become an integral part of their team.
The Position
Reporting to the Finance Manager you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and administrative support across the business.
The Duties
Some of your actual duties will include;
- Shared responsibility of being first point of call for customer enquiries
- Manage a central enquiries inbox
- Prepare sales reports and maintain spreadsheets
- Monitor and fulfil back orders ensuring customer are kept updated
- Create daily picking lists for the warehouse
- Order entry and processing sales orders
- Assisting with product information, pricing, availability and delivery questions
- Provide administrative support to the Sales Reps
- Supporting the Finance department
- General administrative duties

The Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Intermediate MS Office skills
- SAP experience a definite advantage
