The Position
Due to recent changes they are currently seeking a suitably experienced candidate to become an integral part of their team. Working in this Sales Administration role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and managing the administration during the sales and project management process.
The Duties
Some of your actual duties will include
- Liaising with distributors as well as internal and external stakeholders
- Manage general and product specific enquiries
- Ensure all parties are updated on project status, deliveries and possible changes
- Track project deliverables and present project updates
- Prepare sales orders and quotes
- Prepare invoices and delivery paperwork
- Manage returns and repairs
- Other duties as required
The Requirements
To be successful for this role you will possess…
- Strong proven experience in a similar role
- Building / Construction experience a definite advantage
- Excellent communication
- Strong problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent attention to detail
