This highly successful professional advisory firm specialise in negotiation and management of corporate and individual tax debts.  They pride themselves on assisting reduce and manage tax debt more effectively.

The Position:
Working as part of their small Melbourne team you will be responsible for supporting the Director as well as others in the team.  This will be a varied role encompassing PA support, event management and general administration

**This role will be offered as Permanent Full Time: 2 day WFH**

The Duties:
Some of your responsibilities will include.

  • Updating and maintaining databases
  • Updating spreadsheets
  • Maintaining filing systems
  • Extensive diary management
  • Organising travel and accommodation
  • Coordinating various events including presentations, corporate lunches etc
  • Industry research and follow up
  • Prepare and collate activity reports
  • Respond to website enquiries
  • Preparing LinkedIn social media posts
  • Manage catering and office amenities
  • Other tasks as required

The Requirements:
To be successful for this role you must have:

  • Strong proven experience in a similar role
  • Excellent organisational and problems solving skills
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Exceptional communication skills
