A well-established leader in the construction sector, specialise in the sale, hire, and servicing of industrial and construction machinery. Due to recent changes, they are seeking an experienced and motivated Service & Workshop Manager to join their team.

The Position:
Due to recent internal changes, they are currently seeking a suitably experienced, highly organised and committed candidate to become an integral part of their small team.  Reporting to the business owner you will be responsible for managing all the scheduling of repairs and maintenance work.

The Duties:
Some of your actual duties will include:

• Effectively schjytedule routine maintenance work (ensuring obligations are met)
• Allocate and schedule repair work orders
• Review stock levels and process orders for parts
• Manage job files and update details on CRM and spreadsheets
• Manage technician’s rosters to ensure coverage
• Liaise with customers and update on progress
• Prepare client reports

The Requirements:
To be successful for this role you must possess:

• Strong proven experience in a similar role with knowledge of the mechanical or automotive industry
• Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
• Excellent problem-solving skills, coupled with great communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
