As a result of their continued nsuccess they are currently seeking a suitably experienced candidate to become an integral part of their team as their Scheduling Administrator.
The Role:Working within this pivotal role you will be responsible for providing customer service, managing administration processes and scheduling work.
The Duties:
Some of your actual responsibilities will include;
- Manage and schedule service requests for installations, maintenance and repairs
- Coordinate and schedule jobs for technicians on a daily basis and making changes accordingly
- Maintain accurate record of all service jobs, ensuring jobs are completed
- Liaise with customers to ensure expectations are met
- Maintain strong relationships with customers
- Other duties as required
The Requirements:
- Strong proven experience in a similar role
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to work within a team and autonomously
- Ability to learn quickly and demonstrative problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
