As a result of their continuing growth they are currently seeking a suitably experienced and team orientated candidate to become an integral part of their small and committed team.
**This role is offered on a permanent part-time basis: 4 days p/w. Tues – Fri**
The Responsibilities:
Some of your duties will include
- Data entry of new suppliers
- Raise purchase orders
- Accurately allocate expenses
- Prepare invoices
- Answer incoming calls and provide assistance
- Manage various filing systems
- Ensure office amenities are maintain – stationery and kitchen supplies
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Other administration duties as requested
The Requirements:
To be successful for this role you must possess
- Strong proven experience in a similar role
- Advanced proficiency in Xero and Microsoft Office
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
