The Position: 
As a result of their continuing growth they are currently seeking a suitably experienced and team orientated candidate to become an integral part of their small and committed team.  

**This role is offered on a permanent part-time basis:  4 days p/w.  Tues – Fri**
 
The Responsibilities:
Some of your duties will include

  • Data entry of new suppliers
  • Raise purchase orders
  • Accurately allocate expenses
  • Prepare invoices
  • Answer incoming calls and provide assistance
  • Manage various filing systems
  • Ensure office amenities are maintain – stationery and kitchen supplies
  • Reconcile supplier statements
  • Other administration duties as requested 

The Requirements:
To be successful for this role you must possess

  • Strong proven experience in a similar role
  • Advanced proficiency in Xero and Microsoft Office
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
