The Position:
Due to strong growth they are currently are seeking an experienced Real Estate Property Manager for a temporary 1.5-week annual leave cover in the South Eastern suburbs. This role primarily involves administration and maintenance coordination, with potential for a long-term opportunity.

Key Requirements:

• Agents Representative qualification is essential
• Proactive, self-starter with excellent communication skills
• Experience in property management, especially with administration and maintenance tasks
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• There will be no routine, final or renewal inspections involved.
