This well established and highly successful manufacturer have been creating high quality interior and styled products for their loyal customers for over past three decades.

The Position:
Working as the Project Administrator you will possess excellent communication, organisational and problem solving skills as your day will be constantly busy and extremely varied.  Reporting to the Installations Manager and Owner you will be responsible for supporting the team and customer through the entire project as well as supporting the owner with PA duties and assisting with installation scheduling.

The Responsibilities:
Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met
  • Providing project updates to the customer
  • Scheduling installation and service work
  • Preparing various documents and reports
  • Maintain databases and spreadsheets
  • Other tasks as required

The Requirements:
To be successful for this role you must have:

  • Ideally previous experience in a similar role, ideally with scheduling or project skills
  • Strong proven administration skills
  • Exceptional communication
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to negotiate effectively.
