The Opportunity:

We currently have several temporary and contract roles and are seeking self-motivated, energetic and hard-working candidates to assist our clients. These roles are based in both Bayside and the South Eastern suburbs and ideally will require you to possess a current drivers licence and reliable vehicle.  These current assignments are for an immediate start!

Some of your responsibilities will include;

  • Processing customer orders
  • High volume data entry
  • Assisting with Accounts (AP/AR)
  • Managing busy switchboards
  • Typing and preparing correspondence
  • Preparing reports and database maintenance
  • Maintaining various spreadsheets
  • Filing

 

 

The Requirements:

To be successful in these roles you will you be available to commence immediately. You will also possess strong proven experience in administration, customer service or accounts.  You will also have excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail. Intermediate MS Office skills are a must.
