The Role
Due to continued growth they are seeking a suitably experienced Data Entry/ Invoice Processor to become an integral part of the team.
This role will be offered on a 9-month temporary assignment with full time hours, located on site in Docklands

The Duties

  • Consolidate invoices into the central database
  • Processing invoices
  • Assisting with Accounts payable
  • Assist retailers with account openings/closures/outages
  • Assist with power disconnection and reconnection services
  • Verify invoice accuracy against pricing
  • Other administrative support duties

  
  
The Requirements  

  • Experience managing large quantities of data in an MS Excel environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with accounts payable processes and systems
  • Ability to work autonomously
