The Duties:
As an integral part of this small and dedicated team you will be responsible for providing exceptional levels of service to new and existing members.  As a part of this role you will be responsible for;

• Assisting with general enquiries
• Confirming reservation details
• Upselling value-added products
• Processing reservation documents
• Assisting with the membership newsletters
• Assisting with information sessions
• General Administration
