The Position:

Working with this highly supportive, friendly, dynamic and collaborative team you will be constantly busy and be responsible for assisting with all Customer Service enquires. This position is to commence immediately, 6 months temp with a view to move into a permanent position! 

The Responsibilities:

• Managing all after sales support calls
• Providing technical and in-depth product information
• Processing warranty claims
• Scheduling technicians to attend service calls
• Maintaining customer and product records
• Other duties as required

The Requirements:

To be successful for this position you will ideally possess strong proven experience within a similar role, preferable with knowledge of the appliance or whitegoods sector.  You will also have excellent communication skills, coupled with the innate ability to manage customer complaints and concerns.  Your ability to effectively problem solves and work within a fast-paced environment will be essential.
