The Position:
Working in this dedicated team you will be responsible for supporting a vast array of hospitality based customers to ensure orders are fulfilled and delivered in a timely manner.

Finish at 2.30pm EVERYDAY!

The Duties:
This is a pivotal role requiring you to be highly organised with strong attention to detail as some of your duties will include.

• Process customer orders and assist with product enquiries
• Provide regular contact with customers
• Manage customer orders and provide product information
• Manage and update inventory reports
• Receive and respond to customer feedback
• Assist with order fulfilment
• General administration duties
• Maintain and update their internal database and spreadsheets
• Other duties as required

The Requirements:
To be successful for this role you must possess

• Strong proven experience in a similar role
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organisational skills
• Strong teamwork and a willingness to assist
