Reporting to the Outbound Sales Service Manager you will be required to provide solutions to assist customers with their product enquires and identify sales opportunities that will support growth. You will be an integral part of the team by providing a quality customer resolution while processing payments, returns and scheduling of stock. You will be responsible for receiving calls from customers and scheduling times for the product to be delivered or collected. You will also assist in processing orders as well as problem solve delivery issues or replacements while providing a premium service to the customer.
