This is a Temporary to Permanent opportunity.  On site team environment

The Position
Due to their continued growth and success they are currently seeking a suitably experienced candidate to become an integral part of the team as a Customer Service Representative.  On a temp to perm basis. This exciting opportunity is offering career progression within an honest and collaborative team giving advice on courses and training methods that best suits their clients.

The Duties
Some of your actual responsibilities will include;

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing friendly and professional assistance via phone and email 
  • Answer inquiries regarding course offerings, enrollment procedures, payment options, and other training-related matters.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

The Requirements
To be successful for this role you must possess;

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for building rapport.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
  • ‘team player’ is a must!
